Our unique Lekker niet Lek Guarantee covers all Continental outer tyres with safety level 6, 7 and 8 in combination with a Continental inner tube. In the event of a puncture, your customer will receive a FREE tyre repair. Become a dealer and offer your customers extra security!
Benefiting together
With the Lekker niet Lek Guarantee, you and your customer benefit from a 1-year guarantee on higher-end Continental bicycle tyres. As a retailer, this offers you the chance to sell higher-end tyres more easily.
If your customer punctures within 1 year, you can make a claim to 2Move 2Wheel. You will then receive 1 CONTACT Plus outer tyre and 2 Hermetic Plus inner tubes as compensation for the replaced tyre and the repair costs incurred.

How does it work?
- You contact your account manager and discuss the conditions of participation in Lekker niet Lek Guarantee.
- You will receive Lekker niet Lek communication tools and you will receive your own login details for registering/claiming sold/exchanged tyres on the continental-bicycle-tires.co.uk website. You can also choose to register automatically in Cyclesoft by scanning the barcode.
- You sell one of the above Continental outer tyres and hand your customer the Lekker niet Lek Guarantee certificate.
- You register the purchase with the unique registration number on the website.
- If the customer has a puncture and returns to your shop with the purchase receipt and the No Puncture Proof of Assurance, you will replace the customer’s tyre free of charge.
- You submit a claim on the website and receive reimbursement for the repair cost and the replaced tyre. This reimbursement consists of 1 CONTACT Plus outer tyre and 2 Hermetic Plus inner tubes.
- You will receive from 2Move 2Wheel 1 CONTACT Plus outer tyre and 2 Hermetic Plus inner tubes.
Promotion conditions
- The Continental Lekker niet Lek Guarantee is valid for 1 year after purchase of the tyres.
- This puncture protection applies to accidental damage caused by external cuts and punctures sustained through normal and reasonable use. Damage caused by vandalism or mishandling is not covered.
- The retailer, who is responsible for handling, is the provider of the guarantee, supported (in full) by 2Move 2Wheel with free replacements.
- For the repair costs incurred, you will receive one Contact Plus and one Hermetic Plus inner tube from 2Move 2Wheel. For replacing the inner tube, you will receive one more Hermetic Plus inner tube.
- If the outer tyre needs to be replaced, please contact the account manager.
- Assessment of damage and condition is made by the retailer. Replaced outer and inner tubes must be kept for three months and can be requested by 2Move 2Wheel if necessary.
- The retailer is responsible for communication with the end customer, supported (optionally) by an information flyer, pavement poster, floor sticker and/or counter display supplied by 2Move 2Wheel.
- The Continental tyres that, in all sizes, fall within this assurance are: E-CONTACT plus, CONTACT Plus, CONTACT Urban, Top CONTACT II, Top Contact Winter Premium II, CONTACT Plus City, Pure CONTACT and eRUBAN Plus.
